    Conducting applied research on cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, coconut, banana, tea, and rice to improve yields, crop quality, soil fertility, and climate resilience.

    Studying modern intercropping systems, water-efficient irrigation methods, and climate-smart techniques to maximize land productivity and reduce risks.
  • Post-Harvest & Value Addition:
    Improving handling, drying, processing, and packaging systems to reduce losses and increase export value.
